Tuesday afternoon, I paid a visit to the Krumm family for a newborn twin session and also to photograph the twin’s older sister. Each of them seemed to love the camera. Just look at the eye contact I got from the babies! They were so alert and sweet too. Here are a few of my favorites:

You may have noticed that I changed my proof presentation a bit. I wanted something that looked cleaner and more professional. I also wanted to reduce the number of steps in my workflow, so it was important to me to have a proofing action that did a number of things and one that would work on a landscape or portrait orientation. I wanted to be able to push the button and let it go – batch it and let it run with minimal to no intervention. I am still perfecting the action I will use, but I decided to create a simplified version to share. I love this action and I hope you will too!
“Brandi’s Proof Generator” works with Adobe Photoshop CS3 only and it may be limited to Windows XP as well. Experienced Photoshop users will be able to modify the action to work with other versions and platforms. If you find this action useful and would like to share it, please direct people here for a download instead of emailing the action. Thanks
If you need help with the action or if you just want to tell me how cool it is (haha) feel free to email me: brandi@brandiheadphotography.com
Here’s an example of the final output:

And here is the link to the action:

This afternoon, I went to City Park with my good friends, Mike and Marissa, for a mini engagement session. Here are my favorites from the session.

Thanks guys for letting me photograph you today. Hopefully next time it won’t be scorching hot and we can do some more.

Well, this post is a little late, but we were really busy this weekend. Busy swimming and hanging out at grandma and grandpa’s house. Here are a few images of the guys in the pool on Saturday.

And a few from our visit to see Uncle Matt at the fire station.

I attended the afternoon matinee of Allie’s dance revue last Saturday. I planned to go to the evening show as well, but it didn’t work out. It is quite unfortunate that I missed out as I was really looking forward to it, especially after the sneak peek I got at the afternoon show.
